In general
The service Supporter Arena, ”THE REAL MADRID QUIZ” provided by SupporterArena LLC. (referred Supporter Arena below) only addresses individuals. Supporter Arena is accessed via social networking services or other types of portals and is a virtual quiz game application, where users of a specific club plays skill based quizzes. Some quizzes are played using fictional currency traded in for Facebook Credits. This fictional currency cannot be exchanged for Facebook Credits or any other currency nor traded to other users.
Supporter Arena may only be used in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the rules that are directly connected to the service. By using Supporter Arena you are accepting the terms in their entirety.
The user is wholly responsible for any associated taxes arising in his or her country in relation to the delivery and acceptance of prizes won in the game. Supporter Arena Limited will distribute prizes but accepts no responsibility or liability for any applicable taxes charged.
Use
Use of the Supporter Arena implies that the user has a registered and approved account by the social network or the portal through which Supporter Arena is provided by. As indicated below with respect to users also apply to non-registered users who has had access to the service through a registered user. The user is therefor fully responsible for the non-registered users´use in relation to Supporter Arena.
Any use of Supporter Arena in addition to the requiries by these general conditions and the rules that are directly connected to the Service is expressly prohibited. It is also not allowed to permit or allow another user to act in a manner contrary to these general conditions or the rules that are directly connected to the Service.
The above mentioned means for example that the user must under no circumstances use Supporter Arena, or of the service components such as images, software or brands, in a manner contrary to morality or Swedish and international laws or regulations. This means for example that procedures that in any way affect other users, tampering, alteration, modification, decompilation, deconstruction, re-licensing, renting, selling, and the like, in no case or under any circumstances is allowed.
In cases where errors or deficiencies in the Supporter Arena is discovered, they will immediately be reporter to Supporter Arena. Furthermore, Supporter Arena reserves the right to review users way of handling and use the Supporter Arena and the components of the Service.
Additional information
If there is any doubt as to wether the use of Supporter Arena violates to the general conditions and terms, applicable laws, regulations or other provisions, it is for the user too obtain additional information before the use commences.
Ownership, copyright and trademarks
Supporter Arena holds, in relation to the users, all rights to the Supporter Arena and the software in current and future versions. These rights are protected by Swedish and International law. The user is entitled to use Supporter Arena only through these conditions and therefore is not entitled to claim any other right there to.
Terms, termination and suspension
The user's right to use Supporter Arena is until further notice. Supporter Arena reserves the right to turn a user off from Supporter Arena with no cause and to immediately terminate this Agreement. If Supporter Arena terminates this agreement the user's right to use the Supporter Arena ends immediately.
A user of the application is NOT allowed to use more than one (1) login/username in each quiz. Suspicion in use of several logins/usernames will result in immediate disqualification and possible banning.
Disclaimer
Usage of Supporter Arena and the software is solely at your own risk and responsibilty. Supporter Arena is under no circumstances responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of Supporter Arena or software. The limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, consequential, loss of data, damage to other software or hardware, and other economic harm.
This applies even if Supporter Arena was made aware of that the above listed injuries could occur. This limitaion applies regardelss whether there is a contractual relationship with Supporter Arena.

In some cases links are provided to other vendor's sites, adjacent to Supporter Arena. Supporter Arena is not responsible in any way for these sites and its content.
Disclaimer of warranties
Supporter Arena is being continuesly developed and is provided as it is and with the functionality that currently is being considered. Supporter Arena here by disclaim all warranties, wheter express or implied. The disclaimer therefor also applies to the implied warranties of quality, functionality and fitness for a particular purpose. Supporter Arena can not guarantee that the service is impeccable, or that any defects will be corrected.
Warranties are not provided nor to the use or the results of the use of the service, its reliability, accuracy or other characteristics. These guarantees can not be extended in writing or orally by Supporter Arena's employees or representatives.
Transfer
Supporter Arena has the right to assign all or part of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to third parties. Supporter Arena is also entitled to subcontract its obligations under the Agreement.
Personal information
By using Supporter Arena you agree to that your presonal data is being handled in accordance to Supporter Arena policy for privacy.
Changes
Supporter Arena reserves the right to modify or terminate Supporter Arena and the conditions of service usage AT ANY TIME. Changes of CONDITIONS takes effect when the user is notified or the changes are made available in connection with Supporter Arena.
Disputes and interpretation
In the even that any provision of this Agreement by a court or administrative authority is not deemed valid, other parts of the agreement still fully is in force and is to be construed in a way that would have applied if it excluded most of the coolusive agrement.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application and related legal matters shall be settled by Swedish court in Gothenburg with the application of Swedish law, except for the Swedish laws rules on conflict of laws.

Introduction
SupporterArena LLC (”Supporter Arena”) is a data controller for personal data processed in connection with the use of Supporter Arena. Supporter Arena’s primary goals are to deal with a user’s personal information in a lawful and proper manner. Supporter Arena want everyone who uses Supporter Arena to feel confident that their privacy is respected and that adequate efforts have been taken to protect their data.
Supporter Arena is established in Sweden and subject to Swedish law. Supporter Arena's processing of personal data is primarily governed by the Personal Data Act (1998:204) based on the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC.
What information is collected?
As a user of Supporter Arena, you will provide certain personal information. For example, you must register to obtain a valid account with the social networks or the portal through which you reach Supporter Arena. Other information considered is within the electronic tracks left when Supporter Arena is used.
